Snacks

.........................................

Snacking is a wonderful thing humans have invented to assure their survival. In other words, making them fat. When coming back from school, I remember making myself a meal before the meal. Something I know I am not the only one doing. That's why I am here to help you!

Having a little snack between meals is totally OK. If you're hungry you need to eat. But please, you need to be reasonable. For example, eating a whole baguette is not a snack, eating your leftover spaghetti is not a snack. Even worse, a bag of chips, or even candy are not a snack either. You're probably asking yourself, what am I suppose to eat then? Well I have prepared some ideas you can use.

Ideas

Peanut butter and apple

This is the easiest snack I know. You chop one apple in wedges, put them in a bowl. One the side, or better, directly in the bowl, put a spoonful of peanut butter and enjoy!

Grapes and Cheese

If you're looking for the perfect couple, you have it here. Even Rémi in Ratatouille told us it is. A couple of cheese cubes ( cheddar or mozzarella) and grapes, that's it.

Veggies and Hummus

Hummus has a lot of protein in it, so it's a good snack for times you know you'll have a late dinner. Plus vegetables are something you can eat in big quantities because it's low in carbs, almost zero.
