Everybody likes a little sweet. It makes the meal complete. The thing is, dessert can become a whole other meal if you aren't careful. It's a good thing alternatives exist, unless I would've never enjoy a meal ever again. Just remember, the key to a healthy nutrition is not to stop your craving, but to have balance. For example, it's a very bad idea to skip eating for a day just so you can have fast food the next day. This is worst than enjoying a burger and a donut today and tomorrow just continue your casual meal plan.
This dessert is so easy it makes my eyes burn. It's also the most attractive dessert of all time. You just mix all the fruits you love. You can put two to twelve types of fruits and it'll still be good ! The sauce can be as simple as a little bit of maple syrup, and that's it.
I know some people think watermelon is overrated but I don't. So I came up with a dessert who's only ingredient is watermelon. You cut your watermelon in his famous triangle shape, you shove a popsicle stick at the bottom, you freeze them. It tastes like an actual popsicle and it's only a piece of frozen fruit.
